This 4,000 sq. ft. single family hillside home enjoys views of both nearby Mt Tam and San Francisco Theological Seminary. Height concerns from neighbors were successfully addressed by vaulting the low slope ceilings on the upper level and positioning two ten by ten feet light hats along the center ridge. The house was designed to accommodate the needs of several generations of family members, including an aging and mobility impaired parent, a special needs child and a live-in nanny.
