In this interior remodel for a couple of art aficionados we combined traditional materials such as terrazzo tiles and marble counters with playful color accents, like the sky blue porcelain vanity basin and chartreuse kitchen island. The wall cavity between the living and dining room, which used to house a pocket door, was repurposed to conceal the TV behind a new large oak clad panel. To watch TV, one slides the panel to the right, closing the opening between dining and living rooms.
