One wouldn't guess that these bright and clean lined rooms belong to a 1980s planned waterfront development home.  In this interior remodel we treated the existing shell as a blank canvas,  cleared the space of any superfluous elements, and replaced the kitchen, the floors, windows and doors to create a minimalist's modern dream home.
