1800 Gouldin Rd. is a 9,441 sq. ft. empty lot on a steep South facing hillside in the Montclair district of Oakland. The new proposed single family home will be a 5-story, 4,670 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath structure with a 2-car attached garage at the bottom level.  The project is currently in the planning stage, with a start of construction anticipated for later 2023.
