The project is a 5,528 sf tenant improvement for ShopFloor Design, a metal fabrication workshop (industrial use/ F1 occupancy) and exterior improvements to an existing, fully sprinklered 10,204 sf building. The remaining 4,633 sf future tenant space is currently proposed as unoccupied and the use is yet to be determined.
